Rooted Birth Support Package
Six weeks of emotional support and reassurance during the postpartum period. This includes 2 visits a week, so 12 visits total.
Newborn care education and gentle guidance.
Non-clinical breastfeeding and/or formula support.
Support with rest, recovery, and family traditions.
Overnight support focused on infant care allowing parents to rest.
Light household support related to postpartum recovery, resource sharing and referrals when helpful.
Meal prep, grocery shopping, and meal cooking.
Doula postpartum support is provided in the Rooted Birth Support Package (1 visit), and Full Circle Care Package (1 visit per week for 6 weeks), as well.
Postpartum Readiness course hosted by your doula with CPR/infant safety training prior to your delivery.
Hourly postpartum care is available as an add-on. Daytime help starts at $35/hour. Overnight help starts at $50/hour. A minimum of 4 hours is required for overnight, with a maximum of 8 hours.
